As of today, we have 13 hole sponsors that have paid and several people have contacted me wanting to sponsor holes in the outing.  Once again the Lauf brothers and sister have donated the $500.00 for our Hole In One sponsor. 

Everyone keep up the good work getting sponsors and selling our raffle tickets for the drawing.  See you on the 30th.

Sponsoring our outing

Sponsorship levels:


Hole-In-One $500.00 Help someone walk away with $10,000. Your sponsorship for the Hole-In-One will pay an insurance premium that pays out the above amount if someone aces a par three.

Hole Sponsors $50.00 your company or family will be displayed on the tee box, to show all the participants your support and generosity.


Beverage Cart $200.00 your company name or logo

Dinner Sponsors $200.00 a banner will be made with your family or company name to show your support, will be given to sponsor after outing


Raffle Tickets We will have books of 6 tickets for $5.00 and our goal is to sell 250 books for a chance to win $500.00 cash. Tickets will be sold up to the day of the outing and winner DOES NOT have to be present to win. If everyone could take these to work, school or just to family and friends it will help us reach our goal.

Please make all checks for sponsors out to Mindy Lauf Memorial Fund, I will need to have information turned in by July 18th so we can have the signs made in time for the outing.

Hidden Creek Golf Course

I went out to Hidden Creek last month to meet with Wendy Young-Miller and start working on the 4th outing.  They course looks great and I can't wait for our outing on July 30th.  Hope to see Mindy's friends and family out again this year.

4th Annual Outing

4th Annual Mindy S. Lauf Memorial Golf Outing

It’s time for the 4th Annual outing and I hope everyone is excited as we are to raise a lot of money for the Mindy Lauf Memorial Scholarship Fund. Our outing this year will be held at the Hidden Creek Golf Course, formerly Sugar Creek in Lima.

Golf Information:

July 30th, 2011
25 Teams

4- Person Scramble

Shotgun start at 1pm

$200.00 per team

This will include your golf, golf cart and dinner. Please contact the course at 419-643-8562, Joe Elling 4169-203-4610 or Will Barber 419-303-7738 to sign up your team.  Any donations contact Stacy Elling 419-308-0928 or Trina Lauf 614-774-9834.   Hole sponsorship is $50.00 per hole, we can either put your name or the name of your company and logo on the signs.  Hole sponsorships must be turned in by July 18th.

Once again, this year we will be raffling off $500.00 at the outing, tickets are 6 for $5.00.  Contact anyone in the family for a chance to win.
