We would like the opportunity to invite you to be part of the 2nd Annual Mindy S. Lauf golf outing on August 15th at 8am. Mindy passed away almost 2 years ago of AML Leukemia and left behind a young daughter, Madysen. Mady participated in the Putnam County Hospice Good Grief Camp last year to help children who have lost a loved one learn to deal with the grief. At our 1st outing last year, we were able to raise over $3000.00 to help the camp. We have several sponsorship levels this year to help raise money and will also raffle off a set of Ping G 10 irons. I appreciate all help the Lauf family and friends can provide to help us reach our goal of raising $5000.00 this year.

Sponsorship levels:


Hole-In-One $500.00 Help someone walk away with $10,000 in cash. Your sponsorship for the Hole-In-One will pay an insurance premium that pays out the above amount if someone aces a par three.

Hole Sponsors $50.00 your company or family will be displayed on the tee box
To show all the participants your support and generosity.
　
Score Card Sponsors $200.00 3 company logo’s will be put on the score cards, will need the company logo emailed in Jpeg file.

Raffle Tickets We will have books of 6 tickets for $5.00 and our goal is to sell 250 books for a chance to win a set of Ping G 10 irons or equivalent money value spent at Country Acres, $715.00 value. Tickets will be sold up to the day of the outing and winner DOES NOT have to be present to win. If everyone could take these to work, school or just to family and friends it will help us reach our goal.


Please make all checks for sponsors out to Trina Lauf, we will have all the fliers and raffle tickets ready by the 27th. It’s time for the 2nd Annual outing and I hope everyone is excited as we are to raise a lot of money for the Hospice Grief Camp. Our outing this year will be held at the Kalida Golf course, we have been working with Greg Klausing on different ideas to raise money this year, our goal is to raise $5000.00 this year.

Golf Information:

25 Teams
4- Person Scramble
Shotgun start at 8am
$200.00 per team

This will include your golf, cart and a BBQ chicken dinner. Checks for the outing will need to be made out to the Country Acres Golf Course.
