Wow! I can't believe we have another year of our outing over and we're already planning for next years outing. We want to thank Joe and Stacy for everything they did to help us this year.

Joe and the kids took fliers to Ft Jennings, Ottoville and Kalida and hung them in every place they could find. He also got us sponsors along the way. And Stacy helped get us some prizes donated plus they brought five teams to the outing. And Joe has already been shopping around on course prices for next year.
We decided this year to set up a charity in Mindy's name to raise money. Not only by doing the golf outing but maybe in the future to do more events to raise money. We asked Joe and Stacy to be on the board with us since they have done so much to help us. After looking into setting up the charity we found we needed a 5th person incase we have a tie in votes, so we picked up Aunt Kay to be our tie breaker. Between the five of us we hope to raise money in Mindy's name and continue the benefits for many years.
If anyone has any suggestions on ways to raise money, organizations to donate the proceeds to or courses we should look at in the future. Please let one of us know.
